Shipping Policy
SHIPPING CHARGES
All items include free ground shipping to anywhere within the continental US (no additional charge for shipping up to 3 pieces in the same box, except for rush and international deliveries). You will receive confirmation within 24 hours of ordering via email, unless we need clarification on your order in which case we will contact you immediately. Allow 10-14 days for your veil to be finished and ready to be shipped. After order has been shipped you will receive the tracking information (please refer to Tracking Your Shipment) and please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive.

RUSH ORDERS
Rush orders will be charged a rush fee of $35.00 in addition to the item price and shipping charges. Allow 6-8 days for your veil to be finished and ready to be shipped and 2 days for delivery.
INTERNATIONAL
Standard shipping costs to Mexico and Canada are $25 and for all other countries $35. Please allow 4-6 weeks for your shipment to arrive.
TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT
Once your order has been sent, you will receive a second email from May Rey with your tracking number. You can track your package through UPS Tracking or USPS tracking and get estimated delivery date.
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY PACKAGES LEFT AT THE DOOR.
If your package arrives damaged, notify us immediately to start a claim. After 2 days we assume the package arrived in good condition.
If your package does not arrive within 10 business days from the day it was shipped, please contact us and we will start a claim with the US Postal Service or UPS. If your package is lost in transit, we will file a claim and re-ship your order free of charge.
