Return Policy
Because each piece is individually hand made with precision and care, we will only accept returns up to 7 days after the item has been delivered to you (according to postal tracking records). You must contact us directly to request a Return Authorization Number. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Item must be in its original new condition, with no sign of wear. There will be a 15% restocking fee for any returned item, unless exchanged for the same item. MayRey reserves the right to reject any return at our discretion.

We will gladly assist you in making an informed decision. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, please call or email us with your order number, contact phone and a detailed description of the problem.
